What It Includes

This full thyroid panel includes Anti-TPO, Anti-Tg, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and Reverse T3. Most western doctors do not run a truly full thyroid panel. Reverse T3 is almost never included in these panels and when it’s excluded, it does not allow for a full picture of what is going on with your thyroid. Reverse T3 can sit in your T3 receptor sites. This means that even if you have enough T3, you might not be able to use it because of high Reverse T3.
