I booked a prenatal massage with Yesenia for my first time here. She was wonderful and just the right level of strength for me being 38 weeks. The only thing I'd love to have here is a more dimmed lighting in the hallway. Coming out from having your eyes closed for 90 minutes and it was very bright! Haha

The therapy staff is absolutely wonderful. Staci, Yesenia, and Tammy are all fantastic and bring their own unique skills and warmth to every session. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed, restored, and grateful I made the time for myself.

I also have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk team -- Shelbi, Jocelyn, and Krista. They are always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. They make the entire process easy and stress-free, which is especially appreciated when life is already busy!

And can we talk about the plants?! They are absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly well maintained. Honestly, I'm convinced a goddess has personally blessed them. They add such a beautiful, peaceful energy to the space and make Nurturing Touch feel like a little oasis.

Between the talented therapists, wonderful front desk staff, and beautiful atmosphere, Nurturing Touch Massage is a place I'm always happy to return to. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, I highly recommend Nurturing Touch Massage!

After reading rave reviews for this business, I booked a lymphatic drainage massage tonight on a whim. The previous lymphatic drainage massages I've had elsewhere were very results driven; more attention to each area, and, better pressure... My therapist tonight was very gentle to the point of barely could feel anything. She was kind, but I unfortunately will not return and will go elsewhere.

Nice spa type atmosphere, every therapist I have seen has been good, a tad on the pricey side, but worth it when you know you will get a legit quality massage.

Do NOT come to this establishment. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the way this situation was handled by the front reception was unprofessional and lacked basic communication.

I arrived approximately 5 minutes late for my appointment (11:20 a.m. for an 11:15 a.m. appointment) and had already communicated beforehand that I would be arriving at 11:18 a.m. I understand that late arrivals can affect appointment times, but what was never communicated was that this would result in losing treatment time or that choosing to reschedule to receive the full service would result in an $40 cancellation fee.

Instead of clearly explaining the policy and giving me all the information upfront, I was told after the fact that the fee would be applied. I was charged $40 unfairly for a gift appointment from my friend, who is a weekly client at this establishment. After this experience, I have already encouraged her to take her business elsewhere.

The massage therapist also did not provide a welcoming experience upon arrival. Rather than greeting me professionally and warmly, the interaction immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience and that the shortened appointment was being emphasized instead of trying to provide a positive client experience.

Policies are one thing, but communication and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in both areas.

I went to Judy for Acupuncture to improve my chances for my fourth IVF cycle. I had been unsuccessful up to this point. Judy was knowledgeable and helpful. She ultimately helped me achieve my goal of having a baby. I will be forever grateful for meeting her. She is so kind. If you choose her as your acupuncturist, you will have no regrets.
