Swedish Massage is a very relaxing therapy with long gliding massage strokes. Most people who choose Swedish massage want a relaxing massage on the full body. Full body typically includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, feet and scalp. Most therapists don’t massage the face unless you specifically request a facial massage. You will receive hands on therapy with specific attention to your muscle groups that need extra care.
