REFLEXOLOGY

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that aims to encourage the body to relax and work naturally to restore its own balance. Reflexology is based on the belief that all parts of the body are reflected in the feet and hands and by applying gentle pressure to these areas, it is hoped to have an effect on the corresponding part of the body and thus restore balance.

This is my 3rd time coming to Nurturing Touch and I have seen different people every visit and I am truly impressed by how amazing they all are at what they do. Being a hair dresser I have lots of aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and lower back. Today my therapist did an amazing job at giving me the relief I needed! They hit all the right areas, had amazing communication and I feel 100 times better.
