Why get a Food Sensitivity Test?
You don’t have to have food allergies for certain foods to create unwanted symptoms in the body. A food sensitivity test helps pinpoint problem foods that may be causing symptoms like bloating, headaches, fatigue, skin issues, digestive upset and more. Results from this test guide people toward dietary adjustments that can improve their symptoms as well as overall health and well-being.

Food Sensitivity Results
Your results will flag foods that are either high, moderate or low sensitivity for your body. Our recommendation is to eliminate the foods that come back as sensitivities for 6+ months and then follow a re-integration protocol of the low or moderate sensitivities that helps limit reactivity when reintroducing these foods back into the diet.
