Chinese Medicine uses acupuncture, herbal formulas, cupping, gua sha, nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle modifications to help patients achieve the quality of life they are searching for. Cancellation Policy

To better serve our clients and manage appointment availability, our Acupuncture cancellation policy is changing from 24-hour notice to 48-hour notice.

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may also be charged according to our cancellation policy.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we appreciate your communication as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

How does Chinese Medicine work?

Taking an upstream approach to your health requires us to look at what internal & external factors might be causing your symptoms. Addressing the problem upstream can eliminate some or all of the symptoms downstream. Chinese Medicine was designed to treat each person as an individual. Your headache does not have the same root cause as someone else’s headache. By looking at the root cause and treating the Chinese Medicine pattern that is creating your symptoms, patients will receive more effective and longer lasting results.
