What our clients are saying about us

“I’ve been seeing Amy for acupuncture and she is incredible! The benefits that I am experiencing from these treatments were so unexpected to me. I signed up for a session to try something new and was completely blown away by how it helped me. Some of the immediate benefits have been better quality sleep and a sense of overall peacefulness. I’ve had three treatments so far. I look forward to seeing what acupuncture can do for me in the long term. I’ve also used the infrared sauna here twice…excellent experience. Sauna is beautiful, well constructed, clean, and leaves me feeling so relaxed. Finding this wellness center has been such a blessing!”

How does Chinese Medicine work?

Taking an upstream approach to your health requires us to look at what internal & external factors might be causing your symptoms. Addressing the problem upstream can eliminate some or all of the symptoms downstream. Chinese Medicine was designed to treat each person as an individual. Your headache does not have the same root cause as someone else’s headache. By looking at the root cause and treating the Chinese Medicine pattern that is creating your symptoms, patients will receive more effective and longer lasting results.

Eliminating symptoms and improving quality of life is typically our clients’ goal. Treating your individual diagnosis allows us to correct a cluster of symptoms you didn’t know were related! Clients frequently seek help with the following symptoms:

  • Insomnia
  • Pain (neck, hip, back, etc)
  • Headaches / Migraines
  • Digestive Issues
  • Fertility Challenges
  • Menstrual Cycle Irregularity / Pain
  • Stress / Anxiety / Depression
  • Chronic Injuries
  • Sports Injuries
  • Quitting Smoking / Food Cravings
  • Weight Loss
