I had a recent hot stone massage with Dana. She is fantastic. Not only is she an empathetic and attentive listener when assessing my needs, she’s also a skilled massage therapist. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to my next visit. Amanda R..

Our Staff

My name is Jeremy and I have been a professional massage therapist for 8 years now. I attended Lauterstien-Conway Massage School in Austin, Tx (one of the best Massage Schools in Texas). I graduated in 2010 with 512 hours. I was trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage with some Myofascial Release & Structural Bodywork. Shortly after graduating, I attended a Chair Massage Course. Right now, I specialize in Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Sports & Clinical Massage. I do offer Swedish Massage but my passion for massage is with focused Deep Tissue work.

In 2012, I joined a Chinese Massage Spa in Austin, Tx & worked there for 3 years. I received training for Chinese Acupressure Chair/Table Massage as well as Foot Reflexology Massage. I used to work at Hand & Stone Massage Spa where I received specialized training in Hot Stone Massage. I also have attended several continuing education courses in various modalities as I believe more education makes great therapists even better. I now have 610 hours of massage training.

I am looking forward to working with you & contributing my skills to your positive experience at Nurturing Touch Massage.

danaMy name is Dana have been a massage therapist for over 12 years. My experience with massage therapy extends to working with Chiropractors, personal trainers, and in clinics and spas. I use my extensive massage knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform my bodywork. My approach is unique, integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger point and other modalities into the massage sessions. I customize each massage to the clients’ specific needs.

I believe we all contain the ability to heal and use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Through compassionate and careful listening to both the clients’ verbalized needs and listening to their body’s response, I helps facilitate balance in both the body and the mind.

I am passionate about my profession and the healing power it can offer others. My work benefits many, including expectant mothers, athletes, chronic pain and migraine sufferers and anyone seeking the ultimate in relaxation. One of my favorite modalities to practice is Hot Stone Therapy but I also give a killer deep tissue massage!

My name is Phyliss and I have been a Massage Therapist since 2003. I was originally introduced to massage therapy through my sister-in-law who was working as a Massage Therapist at the time. I fell in love with massage and I completed my initial course of 500 hours. My love of learning about massage therapy took me to more continuing education classes in therapies such as Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, and Thai Massage. In the past I have worked at spas, Chiropractic offices, as well as within my own business. I also love to do on-site chair massage for corporate events.

Over the past 14 years I have taken many hours of education so that I can provide the best massage for my clients; treating athletes, moms, desk workers, and more. My hours of education now total 1700 hours. I am so thankful for everything I have learned because it helps to make me the best massage therapist for my clients; providing a massage that is customized to each person’s body. If you’re looking for a highly skilled therapist who can work out the kinks, come on in to Nurturing Touch and see me for your massage.

My name is Mori and I moved to California from Israel with my family a few months ago. Before moving from Israel, I received both a massage certification and a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine which I have used in combination to help many clients. I see healing as an art and science interweaving within each other. The ability to use touch is the very basic form of healing we all need. I feel honored that I have been given the opportunity to touch so many people’s lives through Massage Therapy and Chinese Medicine.

Since 2004 I have enjoyed my profession of healing others through touch. I see each client is a unique person with unique needs. Part of my practice is to make every healing experience different and fresh so that clients can feel that their massage is customized to them. I have found that this approach gives the best results.

Some of my experience includes helping athletes be able to go back into competitions and women to find relief from their fibromyalgia pains. I have also worked within large health centers in Israel with chronic pain patients as well as Oncology patients.

My specialties are Chinese Massage (TuiNa), Acupressure, Cupping and special modality of electro-therapy that I have spent years developing. I also love giving Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Prenatal massages.

Amy Dininger

amy_bio_imageI’m Amy Dininger, and I’ve been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2006. My goal is to help clients find the cause of their aches and pains; relieve their tension; and give them tools, tips, and stretches for at-home body care between their massage appointments.

I attended the Body Institute for my initial massage certification and continue to attend a few other local schools for continuing education. I love to seek knowledge; specifically in the fields of massage and business. I have over 600 hours of certified massage classroom hours. I also received my Bachelors degree in Business Administration with honors from William Jessup University in May, 2012. I’m currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine to become an Acupuncturist.

Business and massage are both passions of mine. Outside of work, I also have a strong love for travel.

“I have seen Mori the past few times I've been here. His acupressure technique works wonders for releasing the tension in my shoulders in ways your typical massage does not. He is also incredibly kind and gives tips for things to do at home to help. I highly recommend him! "
